Our Approach

How do we define ourselves?

Our Mission
To improve the mental and emotional well being of individuals and communities through effective implementation of traditional and non traditional psychotherapeutic interventions and through the provision of restorative psychoeducation.

Our Vision
Totally Whole Pastoral Counseling Services will be the mental health and psychoeducational organization of choice for the broader community and beyond. We will stand out from our competitors through our unique implementation of holistic interventions that are empowering, reduce suffering and equip individuals and communities with strategies to achieve optimal functioning. With our unique approach grounded in spirituality we will take the lead among mental health agencies in our region by helping people achieve wholeness and transition from surviving to thriving.

Our Core Values
Compassion – to provide safe, caring and non-judgmental spaces for clients to explore, grow and heal from life’s challenges.
Respect - to honor client's spirituality as they clarify and affirm their beliefs and values.
Excellence- is demonstrated by the utilization of evidenced based practices to treat mental health issues (i.e. trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, anger, grief, etc).
Empowerment – to employ practices that guide clients to strengthen their inner voices which may have been denied or silenced.
Education – to eradicate stigma and misinformation through community engagement, social media presentations and small group discussions.
